3. Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior

Smokey’s Diesel and Auto Repair maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Verbal abuse, yelling, or insults directed at any employee or customer.

  • Threatening, intimidating, or violent behavior.

  • Discriminatory, harassing, or offensive language.

  • Online harassment, including abusive messages or defamatory reviews.

Any individual who engages in such conduct may have service refused, canceled, or permanently denied, and law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

4. Our Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to decline service or end an ongoing service relationship if a customer:

  • Displays threatening or hostile behavior.

  • Refuses to communicate respectfully.

  • Damages company property or disrupts business operations.

Decisions to refuse or terminate service are made solely to protect the safety and well-being of our staff, customers, and business.

5. Conflict Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we encourage professional and calm communication.
Our management team will review all customer concerns promptly and work to resolve issues fairly.
Mutual respect ensures that problems can be addressed productively and without escalation.
